Gunner is a 3 year old red dun tobiano stallion with outstanding athletic ability, looks, and bloodlines. His dam is one of just a handful of APHA daughters of the infamous NRHA 4 million dollar sire, Hollywood Dun It. Gunner's sire, Dots Nu King, is the 2001 APHA Congress Reserve Champion in Reining, Margarita Classic Circuit Champion in Senior Reining (21 points!), 2001 USET qualifier semi-finals, 2002 Ft. Worth Stock Show Reserve Champion, and holds his APHA ROM in Reining. Dots Nu King is a full brother to 2x World Champion Reiner, Gay Bar O Lena, and an own son of Delta Olena, APHA World Champion in Tie Down Roping, with 145 Performance Points and ROMs in Tie Down Roping, Cutting, Heading, Steer Stopping, and Working Cowhorse. Delta Olena is by the great quarter horse Doc O'Lena himself, out of a National Champion, Reserve National Champion, Superior, and ROM Cutting mare named Delta (437 performance points of her own!)
Gunner was featured in the APHA Journal as a yearling. He is an excellent 2006 futurity prospect, with unlimited potential as a talented working cow horse, and a great color-producing stallion prospect as well.
