Feather is a sabino Breeders Invitational mare that was born January 2003. She is an own daughter of the great cutting/working cowhorse Teninas First (Offspring winnings over $170,000). She is an eye catching mare with lots of potential for the arena, and should make an excellent cutting, reining, or working cow horse prospect. Great derby prospect!

Feather's sire Teninas First is an NCHA Champion and Champion Producer, APHA World Cutting Derby Champion, APHA World Jr. Cutting Reserve Champion, ACHA Novice Champion, and multiple Honor Roll Cutting stallion. He is also an own son of NCHA Triple Crown Winner Smart Little Lena (LTE $743,000, World Champion Sire, sire of over $17 Million cutting winners, and own son of Doc O'Lena), and out of a Peppy San Badger daughter named Little Tenina, who had earnings of nearly $400,000 herself, and sold for $695,000 in 2000. Smart Little Lena and Little Tenina have produced multiple NCHA, NRCHA, and NRHA Champions.

Feather's dam Peppy Girl took a 6 year old girl all the way to Worlds in 2003 - she is an own daughter of Reserve World Champion Cutting Horse Watchalynx (NCHA COA $20K+) - who is a grandson of NCHA Derby Champion Doc's Lynx. Her granddam on top Watchett (APHA Champion, ROM WP) is an own daughter of Ratchett (APHA Champion, SUP Halter, SUP WP, ROM HUS). Peppy Girl's dam is an own daughter of NCHA COA Lynx and Peppy (Cutting LTE $30K+) - who is an own son of the great Peppy San Badger himself. Also on her papers is National Champion/Superior Halter Stallion Sonny Side Up.
